Job Description:

Are you a customer service and sales professional with a passion for mining and industrial solutions? Join our team as an Account Manager (PSR). You'll be responsible for managing accounts, building relationships, and driving sales initiatives. Safety is our top priority, and you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our customers and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and cultivate new business relationships.
Communicate with global customers to educate them about product availability and value.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer issues and ensure their satisfaction.
Market and sell our products to assigned customers.
Utilize our CRM system to maintain customer intelligence.

Qualifications:

2+ years of professional customer service and inside sales experience.
2+ years of experience in the mining and/or industrial sector.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Professional, ethical, and exceptional work ethic.
Intermediate/advanced computer skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (15-20%).
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under time constraints and in a fast-paced environment.
Associate Degree or Commensurate Experience preferred.
International market experience is a plus.
