Our Bemidji client is searching for Warehouse Loaders that will be assisting in the preparation and loading of products to meet daily sales route requirements. Must be professional and exhibit respect.

Responsibilities:
• Promote a team atmosphere among all employees by being a positive and supportive coworker.
• Assist in preparation of daily paperwork and recordkeeping related to building and loading of sales route needs.
• Ensure proper loading of trucks and make corrections if required.
• Keep safe and efficient workflow during route prebuild and loading.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned my management.

Qualifications:
• Warehouse operations/manufacturing floor operation experience preferred.
• Repetitively lift, carry, and position product up to 48 pounds 300 times/shift
• Pushing/pulling cases of products frequently without limitations or restrictions
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Proper lifting techniques essential. Operate forklift/able to become certified.
• Computer literate
• Mechanically inclined
• High school diploma or equivalent required or working towards a diploma/equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required; must be insurable to move company trucks
• Subject to temperature changes and dust; long & irregular hours during peak seasons; some exposure to noise level irregularities.
Monday – Friday
Hours: 12:00 pm until orders are finished for the day
